I would carefully clone out the light colored branch coming from the bottom that intersects the bird. It really takes away from this great shot! IMO
I suggest you take the quick selection tool and select the area of the bird you want to protect ( belly) Then invert the selection. That should protect that area as you clone close to the bird. Then do the same with the lower branch. I use this method all the time with great success. Hope it works for you!

A beautiful lady. Agree with the branch impaling her!
A slight pop on her and the branches' colour will also improve the ambience.
I would, subjectively, crop away some of the top above her head and add space on her right with content aware crop or extended canvas and cloning/painting.
Then you should reduce/remove the fringing around the birds that is due to sharpening and size reduction. Check out PTC or PixImperfect for great video tuts,
Just tweaks, we all see things differently!
 
I agree with Callie's cropping idea. That will position the bird more to "rule of thirds" position and take the focal point off the branch beside it. It is in focus and treated the same as the bird and seems a little distracting to me. Very nice photo!!
