When a predator is around the birds also change their behaviour.The pelicans do not land in water & neither do fish in the water since the place is infested with crocodiles.How ever since the place has suitable nesting places & it being a protected bird area they breed here & the chicks are on th trees.While the pelicans fish outside & bring it to feed the chicks they have perefected the art of scooping water from the river & fly out with out landing.Very ingenious :)
