Film developing in Singapore?

I can't answer the question about a lab in Singapore.
One question, though. Not having worked with film for many years, doesn't the technology now exist to develop a negative and then scan that directly to digital? If this is possible it saves one the extra printing step.

Yes, I think you’re right. And probably better quality, too.
