Finally a BIF

Have been following up @Steve 's advice for settings, focusing and composing BIF for some time. On one of the safaris in India, got this BIF of Pallas's fish eagle. Not an extra ordinary shot, but I think I got this right. This was with Z8 + 180-600mm handheld. Would really appreciate feedback/suggestions on this.

Excellent BIF shot Shardul, at the size I can see it here seems to be spot on the eye. (y)

I'd suggest to close down to f/7.1-f/8 when using the 180-600 in between the 500-600mm focal range.

At distance, I experienced that this zoom is a bit soft when used wide open. Definition might increase a bit if closed down 1/3 to 1 stop.
