I too like the light and the colors, nice clean background, graceful position of the swan, but the highlights are blown. Any possibility of bringing them back? I am curious about how a more horizontal crop might look.

I looked at the file and I was able to recover the highlights. Not sure why I didn't see that problem the first time. I went the easy route on the cropping. To do a horizontal I would have had to clone out the backside of another bird. Thanks so much for your input.

It’s still a lovely image with the crop/framing as is. I’d be interested to see how it looks with the highlights recovered.
