Thanks for your comments. I was on my dock using a telephoto lens. They were a long ways away. Shooting with a Nikon D850 so I was able to crop the image to what it is.

I love the look of this image but it appears to be highly over-processed from a technical perpective not an artistic one. There are artifacts throughout the image.

Thanks! The original looks much better. Low resolution and compression destroys some images.
