Took a drive west from Calgary on a frosty foggy flat light morning. I had no expectations and didn't see any critters of note; but I was pleased with what I managed to get.

One of the recommendations was mine. I suggested doing a drive with side hikes or stops along hwy 40 through Kananaskis and along the Spray Lakes road south of Canmore - they connect.
