Large number of soldier beetles showing up this year to help protect our plants. These beetles are good for your garden. Eat grubs, caterpillars, aphids etc. and do not harm plants. Eastern Swallowtail showed up while I was photographing tiger lillies and let me grab a few shots. Cabbage white appeared as I was packing up.Fun when you go out for one thing and other opportunities appear.
