Striking! Would you be willing to share your technique ? You've overcome a number of challenges I've experienced with Panoramas in early morning light. Well Done.

Sure, Malcolm.

1. Have experience with the location. I have photographed there (Kerry Park) dozens of times.

2. Arrive 1 hour before sunrise

3. Leveled my Acratech Panorama ballhead.

4. Mount camera (Z9 & 70-200mm f/2.8 at 95mm [no VR]) and lock settings. I used base ISO (64), aperture f/5.6, locked desired focus (Space Needle), and metered on the brightest section of the pano to arrive at shutter speed (2 sec) that prevented losing highlights.

5. Repeatedly take three shots across the panorama overlapping each by one-half the frame for 30 minutes. Adjust shutter speed to prevent losing highlights.

6. Reviewed the photos. Foundthe series of photos that is the most striking.

7. Used Lightroom to create the panorama

8. Upped the shadows and made adjustment to the sky by using Lightroom's mask feature

9. Edited it in Photoshop — Sharpened with Topaz DeNoise. I think I may have used Topaz Adjust AI too. I don' remember.

10. Using Lightroom again, I mask the sky and adjusted to highlight the mood of the photo. I may have adjusted clarity.

If I failed to cover something to the depth that you desire, let me know. I'm happy to share.

Well Done.
Thank you for the feedback.

Isn't Kerry Park wonderful? It's almost as if it was created just for photographers (and young lovers on warm, sunny nights). Really nice shooting,
