Thank you, Dan. They're fairly easy to approach, and even if they fly off when you approach, they usually come back to the same perch or nearby.

They are normally found around slow-moving waters, backwaters and ponds. I found hundreds of them last week mating along a backwater area of the Mississippi river in the grass areas. They are super tiny, and hard to see!
