Love the feather detail. Think I'd tone down the green in the background a bit. Did you notice he's either standing on one leg only, or is one legged?

Nice find! It looks just a little over-processed to me. In addition to @Icarus‘ suggestion to tone down the background, I would also reduce contrast in the bird. I think it would look a little mor natural.
