GBH silhouette image taken last September while waiting for migrating warblers to become active after sunrise. This GBH just happened to be perched on a Bald Cypress branch out
in a lake directly in front of the rising sun. I decided to go for a more graphic look by cranking up the saturation and contrast. There was still some detail in the bird that I burned out.
It made the cover of the December issue of Missouri Conservationist magazine where they feature reader photos. I probably should have stopped down a little but it was a spur of the
moment thing and bird looked like it was getting ready to bolt.
