Male Green-winged Pytilia, Pytilia melba, Gewone Melba, aka Melba Finch, a small, colourful birdie that does not often show itself outside of dense vegetation ~ in front of a hide in Mkhuze GR, Kwazulu/Natal. It rained the day before and there was still surface water for them to drink and bath.
