I concur Peter, it is just an every day creature and no special image but seeing the hairs spines antennae etc close too gives it a totally different aspect.Where's the fly swat when you need it. At least you caught it with the camera. It's amazing how some of our very mundane creatures are so beautiful.

Hi Steve, There is no doubt the insects are a fabulous group to Photograph !I really like the colors and details. And I agree - it's sometimes surprising how cool everyday insects look up close.
