Haloes using Nik Silver Efect

Hello. I get these dark halos using Nik Silver Efect. The background is homogeneous (in this case the sky). In this example the darker halo is around the bird.
Can I avoid it somehow?

I think the problem has to do with a Control Point selecting Crom/Lum outside the subject and some feathering.
My fault...
