It was a beautiful afternoon on Phillip Island, Australia and this good looking goose was looking around for a snack. He did not want to stop his quest of foods while I was trying to capture his image but also kept turning toward me from time to time in an impressive cool and calm way. I wish that he would smile a little though 😀

Just wondering why my photograph did not display an EXIF information even I have the information with it 🤔

TIA 🙂

Imago …

Can you let us know how the camera file (raw file?) was processed (LrC, etc.) and then exported as a jpg.

… David
I mainly use a PhotoLab 7 + Nik Collection 7. Now that I have a little more idea from your question, I am going to do a few tests, step by step, hopefully, I can work it out, thank you 🙏

What was it that you did to get it working?
The second photograph was processed the same way as the first one, DxO PhotoLab 7 (the latest version) and Nik Collection 7. Just a quick adjustment, nothing fancy, a 5 minutes job.

However, as of now, I could not upload any of my photographs (Safari & Chrome) as I got an error message saying that my files are too large! All files are smaller than 10MB!!!

I shall do more test on the weekend 🤔

I think you may have to export them with the long edge no larger than 1920px. That should bring the file size down enough to satisfy forum guidelines.

Thank you your suggestion 🙏

But still have no luck 😞

Going to try again tomorrow as I do not have much time today. But here is a iPad screenshot which surprisingly uploaded fine! Interesting 🤔

Are there any other export settings that you can play with. What is the file size after export to jpg?

I was mistaken on recommended size. Here is the link to the forum guidelines for dimensions and size. https://bcgforums.com/help/sizes/
Thank you so much for your help.

Tonight I followed my usual workflow (DxO PL4, Nik Collection 7) and generated 2 jpeg files according to the forum guideline that you provided. I did read it quite sometime ago but forgot about it. This time, both jpeg files use 1200 pixels and they are small than 2MB.

So the issue was with the file size as some files were smaller than 2MB, some not!

🙏🙏🙏
