I am not familiar with the Chinese made model that you linked to on Amazon. Kirk is common in the US, but I suspect that so are a lot of knock offs designed that are often manufactured in China. I have used Sunwayfoto L brackets, which could be considered a knock off, and had no issues, but quality can vary from brand to brand.

I use the iShoot is-RT1 for both the 70-200 f4 G VR and the 300PF and I am really happy with it. Really easy to put on and take off. The lenses rotate smoothly when loose and hold reliably when tightened. Tightening is done very quickly because it it has no ordinary screw but a kind of turning quick release - a bit like you would know it from a ballhead.
It has an Arca style foot and costed about 30€ here in Germany.
