These guys never seem to get close to shore for a good shot but I finally happened across one that came close for a few minutes.

You captured a really nice low angle. And that red eye really pops with all that surrounding blue. Well done.

. The way I was sitting I had me feet right on the water's edge while I balanced the camera on a rock a few inches above. The tide was coming in and I didn't notice that it was coming right into my shoe
