Ok, Andy. How did you get the black background? Post-edit? Trapped this poor bird in your studio? Chained it to the branch until night time? Four side-positioned off-camera flashes?

Super!!.... I have a little feeder and try to capture them. Not as easy as it seems.

Thanks! To be honest I'm not sure how that happened. No flash and it was shot at 1/1250, f7.1 and 560 ISO. It was under exposed and I brightened it in LR.

Great shots!!! Not easy to get. Last couple of days I’ve been shooting at the feeder. Only have three keepers.
