Spent quite some time travelling yesterday to try to get a good vantage point to view the Aurora australis over open water.
Found a good spot only problem was Aurora australis did not live up to predictions, so as usual tried to make the most of the conditions.
The light on the foreshore in both images is from a blinking navigation light.
There was some colour in the sky but nowhere near the night before.
