Looks Good, but my a make a suggestion... It's a little on the noisy side. think this would look much nicer with a little cleanup. Love the background.

The eyes looks sharp to me....But will still take your suggestion and go for eye check up on MondayEither you or I need our glasses recalibrated,as I'm seeing the eye as not quite sharp here, there is a tiny amount of head/eye movement.
Nice attempt all the same Venkat.
