I have posted this on FM as well, but thought it a good idea for anyone else to do.

I made up this 2022 calendar of Australian Birds that I have taken over the last few years for my customers. Got it printed on-line at A4 size. Sorry for long post, but there are 13 images, one for each month and a cover.

beautiful photos.
my wife and I have created calendars for the past 3 or 4 years. We sell them to family and friends and acquaintances. We sell them at our actual cost so it's not a money making thing just a break even. We say our goal is to "bring a little outside inside every month."

Thank you very much, Jeff! :)
Great minds think alike! ;)
Lance B, those are some nice shots! I've always wanted to visit Australia, and your photos make me want to even more.
Thank you very much, Wayne! :)
If you ever come to my neck of the woods, I'd be glad to show you round, gives me an excuse to go and take photos.;)

Incredible images. Makes my own calendar seem very mediocre by comparison. Did you use a local printer or online vendor? Also, are the images from all over Australia or one area in particular?
Thank you very much, eft! :)
I used an on-line vendor called Vistaprint.
Most of the images are from around Sydney or within a few hours of Sydney except for the Red-capped Robin and Splendid Fairywren which were taken in Central Australia near Alice Spings.

I also used VistaPrint. I printed glossy on the heavier paper last year and went with the matte on the default paper this year (which I rather regret).

I'm sure the recipients of your calendars will be thrilled !

Awesome Calender Lance!! 👍👍👍

Wow you sure have some colorful birds and all amazingly detailed photography!

We have done Calendar's for years for family and a few friends. Mostly using collages and an occasional poem or something. You can see the "progression" in our photography skills and equipment thru the years. Still learning.... 😬

We use an online company called Zazzle and have been happy with the quality and our experiences with their online editor.
Thank you very much, David! :)
Calendars are a great idea, this is my first time doing it.
Very nice, Mr B.

Glad you explained the number 13. I was thinkin' it had to do with crossin' the date line multiple times. Backwards?
Thank you very much, John! :)
I thought I'd better explain the number 13.

Thank you very much, Gordon! :)
Must have been difficult picking 13 photos out of your collection. That is some nice work you have!
You are very kind, David! Thank you for taking the time to look and the kind comment on my Flickr images. (y)

Lance, as our weather plummets to 28 degrees this morning, I look at this and marvel. The colors, the beauty, and most importantly the quality shots that you’ve displayed here is incredible. Congratulations on the calendar project!
