A young White Ibis eating a lizard. I thought Ibis eat grubs?
At the early stages of their life, White Ibis are black and turn white when they mature.
Also, some lizards drop their tails' when they are hunted to act as a decoy and aid in their escape. The tails continue to move for a while.
It didn't work to well for this lizard.
