We drove to a large COE lake today, a day of brilliant blue sky and found six immature bald eagles feeding on fish frozen in the ice. They were mostly squabbling over the fish and, unfortunately, were far, far out on the ice. They never got close enough to each other so all would fit in a single image. Somebody left his 1.4x TC at home, so all I could do was use the camera's 2x digital teleconverter (the equivalent of 1600mm for you FF folks). This isn't a multiple exposure, it's actually one sub-adult four year-old eagle and three younger birds coming in to try for a scrap of fish -- those can be seen under the second bird from the right, a two year-old. Not a great photo because of the distance, but I thought it was interesting.
