These look pretty perfect to me Dan, great job with these images. I have a few from my latest trip to Florida but not anywhere near as good as these are.
Thanks, Louie. There have been a few of these guys hanging around. Weather has been so bad I've only taken the camera out a couple of times in almost three weeks we've been here.

Dan,
That is quiet a set, #3 is my pick, all nicely done
Chris S.
Thanks, Chris.

I like #5. Looks perfect to me! 😊
Looks like a road runner in that one. Little rascal was hard to track as it worked up and down with the wave action.

Nice photos. If you want more color, try looking for Willet at the end of April or early May. They are more richly patterned, not so plain.
Unfortunately I'll be headed back north before then. Maybe one or two will turn early.

Nice shots, and I especially like the running shots. I have been known to spend a LOT of time lying on the sand or ground to try to get the best Willet shot I could, so I understand your quest!

Interesting how they can lure you in. I've got a bad neck and can't look up for long. So the flip out screen is a game changer. But takes some practice...

Really nice Dan, the low perspective and great background add lots!!
Thanks, George. Down on my knees using the flip screen. Much easier to do with the improved AF vs trying to do the same with DSLR.

#1 and 5 with 5 being the winner for me!
Thanks, Karen. No.5 seems to be the consensus fave.

I, too, would vote for #5 as the best of the bunch, but all good. Interesting how there seems to be a bit of consensus on #5.
Indeed that one seems to be the overall pick.
