I studied these this past summer. In one year I went from never having seen or heard of them to having grape vines and trees stripped bear. Here is the federal information. They are so new that BCG-2024154544.jpg

there is no known answer to deal with them. I applied 25,000 assassin bugs to my plants and they were not effective. https://www.aphis.usda.gov/plant-pests-diseases/slf
 
A card of 2,500 assassin bugs hatching. I believe the lantern flies had gone past the growth stage where the assassins would be effective.

If you see these kill as many as you can and cut down and burn whatever plant they are eating.
