Dear Steve (unless that's too familiar from a stranger),
3 years ago I started to develop an interest for wildlife photography after having carried an old dslr I wasn't using much for over 15 year. I quickly came across your youtube channel, your website and your AF book. Needless to say a good share of my current knowledge is thanks to you, which brings me to share with you the picture I'm the proudest of, a recent "achievement". I'm still using what was my most expensive photo equipment to date, a Canon 7d mark II and EF 400/5.6L. It's disturbing how quickly you feel like you need new gear once you're "all-in" with a hobby.
An european kingfisher from a portable hide, right were I expected it.
