Kokanee, land locked sockeye salmon are found throughout the lakes of BC and return to their home creeks to spawn. The Meadow Creek spawning channel support the Kokanee spawning run from Kootnay Lake. The electric fence around the spawning channel protect the Kokanee run. So no bear photos.
