Photo Notes:
  • towards late-afternoon sun (light edge of upper mandible is not result of oversharpening!)
  • 4:35 pm (90 minutes before sunset)
  • camera-to-subject : 4 metres
  • subject-to-background : 20 metres (bokeh-friendly for lens with maximum aperture of f/7.1)
  • westerly breeze from behind the kookaburra (the reason of its 'bad hair day')
  • LrC + DxO PR3
