On our half-day foray into Rocky mountain National Park, we had a wnderful time observing wildlife and the scenery. We were also blessed to see a small group of Bighorn Sheep at the Sheep Lake Area. No big rams, but got a photo of one voiding their blaader - to be polite.
The serious photographers and wildlife viewers were friendly, helpful, respectful, and followed the rules. That was a good thing so the Park Staff could herd and manage those viewers who seemed unable to read the posted signs or to hear the directions being given. Anyway, it was lots of fun to capture. For the morning, 4 Bighorns, 4 Moose, 2 elk and a Mule deer, plus many birds and other small critters plus a wide range of scenic views. All in all, a really nice day.
