Macro Focusing Rail

Now that the macro bug has got me I think a focusing rail would be a good investment.

Looking for advice to purchase one.

I have the older version of this one:

Have had it for years. Very useful. I just use the back and forth part for focusing. The side to side is useful, but makes the whole assembly a bit cumbersome.

Use the focus bracketing feature in your camera instead.

It appears that Sirui is selling a similar model: https://www.amazon.com/Adjustment-Photography-360°Rotating-Compatibility-MS18/dp/B0C89CLJ8N . And while in camera bracketing is useful for bracketed shots, I like the rail for fine tuning the composition and focus.
