A single pair of waterfowl (this Mallard and his mate) on a local wetland series of ponds, this morning; temps have been WAY above seasonal but the ducks have for the most part moved on (or are in the process of moving on) based on the calendar (light) I figure.

Nice work, Steven! You captured the irridescence of the speculum well and it also shows on the head. Stunning display of prismatic feather colors -- no pigmentation.
