Never been a big fan of BIF (so far)..
But I couldn’t give up this beautiful opportunity.

Why aren't you a fan of BIF? I love it.
I think it is mainly due to two reasons:
1. so far I didn't have a good setup for BIF. Up till last month I only had the 200-500mm zoom, which is too slow and heavy.. or the 300 PF which is not enough telephoto.
2. where I live, there aren't many opportunities for BIF.. we do have lakes, but they are full with tourists and lack interesting Backgrounds (city lakes)

but who knows, now that I have the 500 PF, it might suddenly become more interesting :) I am open to new opportunities. Similarly, 2 years ago I was not interested in Landscape as much as I am today. The D850 changed that. The gear does motivate you to go out there and shoot.
