Does anybody have a video on the complete way to set up the best birds in flight settings AND how to navigate the menu to achieve such settings sometimes it gets a little confusing
I need a detailed map on how to do that

You don't indicate what camera you are using.... However, assuming you are using something like the Nikon Z8 or Z9....
