Mid-air Course Correction......kingfisher

Had a great afternoon and early evening a few weeks ago, two KF's were really putting on a show for me. It was just about 6pm with a little golden light shining through and this KF flew straight at me before making a n abrupt left hand turn.

I love the action in this shot. Kingfishers are simultaneously my favorite bird and a serious nemesis, lol. Its tough to get an engaging flight shot but you've done a fantastic job.
