I am considering Packout boxes for secure, dry storage of gear, mt question is if anyone knows whether or not the off-gassing of the plastic they are made of could cause damage to lenses (I have read that off-gassing is a potential cause of lens haze). The reason I ask is the strong odor in these cases when they are new.
