The night blooming Moon Flower, aka Datura sp. or Jimson Weed is one of my favorite wildflowers on our ranch in Texas. Must photograph early in the morning before the hot sun wilts it. This image made with Nikon Z6 and Nikkor 28-300, f16, Auto ISO.

Gorgeous. I do like to see these on early am hikes. Were you at 300mm as this makes me wonder if I am better off with a lens that I can obtain close ups with vs a macro lens since macro is probably not really my interest outside vs using it for product photography.
