Painted Buntings - The multi-colored one is the male, the green one is the female. They are found in wildlife areas, parks and even backyards around South Florida.

Nikon D750 and a Tamron 150- 600 @ 1/640 - f6.3 - ISO 1000 @ 600mm

Gorgeous! That lens takes some awesome photos.
I don't have that lens anymore. I sold it and bought the Nikon 200-500 5.6. The Tamron was great when it got focus. Very good for still subjects, bad on objects in motion.
The best thing about the Tamron was that you can adjust and fine tune the lens separately for different focal lengths and different distances using Tamron Tap-in Consol and their software. It takes hours to set up the lens properly. I was able to get the lens super sharp. The Nikon focuses much more accurate on both my D850 and my D750 and is pretty sharp.

After I complimented the lens I did run across your post about selling the lens.

Those are beautiful shots, Irap.

I was born in Florida and have lived in Florida for over forty-five of my nearly sixty years. In all of that time, which includes a lot in the central and south portions, I can't ever recall seeing a Painted Bunting, either male or female. It's on my list of things to do, but everytime I've specifically sought them out, they've completely eluded me.
