I think it's nicely balanced. The bridge/reflection balanced with the windmill. The lines of the bridge drawing the eye to the drawbridge. Hopefully this was the intended subject. On my screen some whites of the bridge are blown out and lack detail. Possibly could be recovered if you shot raw.
