A couple species have been frustrating to nail down. The green heron has been at the top of the list since we discovered there was one our creek 3 years ago. That ended today. The bird would occasionally perch on the osprey box but vanish after my stealthy approach. I simply waited him out today. And he came to the osprey nest……

Much can be done to improve these un-edited RAW images. That might take awhile sorting things out in Lr. Sharpening & de-noising might be first…..🤔
