Are you willing to recommend shutter speed/aperture/ISO? Did you shoot Manual / Manual w/Auto ISO /Shutter speed priority or Aperture priority ? Beautiful pictures!

Thank you Mike...Looks like you had plenty of time on hand to dig up BCG archives, as this was posted way back in September.. The skyscraper you see in the background is Marina Bay Sands Hotel. It is the world's most expensive standalone casino property valued at U$6.88 billion.Super firework photos, set off so well beside the skyscrapers!
Thanks very much Rassie...Phenomenal! Great work, Yezdi.

You're right Yezdi, every so often I go back to see what I might have missed, glad I did on this occasionThank you Mike...Looks like you had plenty of time on hand to dig up BCG archives, as this was posted way back in September.. Thanks so much! I printed the above and put under my "settings" tab in my three ring "Photography Bible". Really appreciate it!Thank you.
Normally when I shoot fireworks, I usually set my camera on Aperture Priority mode with fixed ISO. These were all taken on a Nikon D850 with a Nikon 16-35mm f4 lens on tripod with a remote shutter release.
The first shot is ISO 400 / 30mm / f8.0 / 6 sec / -0.67ev
The second shot is ISO 400 / 30mm / f8.0 / 0.5 sec / -0.67ev
The third shot is ISO 400 / 30mm / f8.0 / 3 sec / -0.67ev
For fireworks anticipating and timing your shot is more critical in order to achieve the full bursts. I also tend to set the exposure compensation to a minus setting in order that the firework highlights don't get overexposed.
You are most welcome...Thanks so much! I printed the above and put under my "settings" tab in my three ring "Photography Bible". Really appreciate it!
Thank you...Excellent images Yezdi
