Anyone have experience using this lens as a general purpose walk around lens? I know it is a very good Micro/Macro.

It is a superb lens, I used it for many years on F2 and FM2 cameras, sold it when I went to medium format and regretted it ever since! No experience on a digital body though.
Great manual focus lens. I believe some copies had problems with oil from the diaphram inside the lens.
