Hi there, still shooting with the 1.4E or did you end up going with the Plena? (similiar boats)Thanks everybody.
The 105mm f/1.4 is opening new doors for me about how amazing classic F lenses perform on both DSLR and Z cameras. Shooting the Z 50mm f/1.2 S is leading me down a new Nikon road I met the 105 1.4 and began to truly appreciate great prime glass. If I have one complaint, and I really don't have any complaints, it would be that I keep reaching for a control ring under my thumb when I want to work with the aperture like I do while composing with most of the Z lenses.
The 105 F has me forgetting about rushing into the Plena 135 (it will come later without a doubt) and putting a Nikkor 200mm f/2G VRII under this year's Christmas tree instead.
