I'm trying to get two SB-R200 close-up speedlights to fire remotely using a SB-500 as a flash commander on a Z6ii. Both SB-R200's will fire on the first shot, but then only one will fire on subsequent shots unless I wait about 5 minutes. Then it will do the same thing again. I'm thinking the SB-R200 that doesn't keep firing is unable to recharge normally & wonder if such is a known problem with a known solution. I switched the batteries between the two SR-200's with the same results (the same flash seems defective). I just bought the SB-500 I'm using as the commander because the SB-700 I already had is incompatible with the Z6ii Flash Control menu. I also updated the firmware on the SB-500 with same results. I'm hoping to not have to replace a broken SB-R200. Any ideas about what else might cause this behavior?
