Nikon Webcam Utility Problem

Installed the utility on the Windows 10 PC last week and used it successfully with the D850 on a few Zoom sessions.

Tried to use it on a Facebook Messenger video call but getting an error of "no camera connected".

The D850 shows in devices when connected but not in cameras.

Any ideas, please? Seems strange that it works fine for Zoom but not FB.

It’s a bit buggy still. I can run it on my Mac using chrome and not safari as my browser for Windows Team. The Team app isn’t supported.
try another browser for FB, like Chrome

Thanks Patrick, I was on Chrome. It's started working on FB now but I don't know why!
