Nikon Z6iii - action/wildlife - verdict?

I know Steve posted a great video on the Z6iii and capability in photographing birds, etc. It was a limited time that he had it, so I'm reaching out here to determine if anyone who owns this camera for a while now, how do you find it's capability for BIF, birding in general or action - fast moving photography. Able to hold AF on the subject extremely well?

Also do you find 24MP limiting given that cropping might be limited.

It’s not the camera I prefer for wildlife and birds in flight, but it works fine. AF tracking is quite similar to Z8/Z9. I’ve gotten fine photos at 24MP but I prefer the higher resolution of the 47MP sensor.
