Nikon Z8 changing aperture and shutter speed dial and sub dial

On my nikon D500 I was able to swap the aperture and shutter speed from command dial to sub dial. I found it more convenient to have the shutter speed assigned to the sub dial and the aperture the main dial as shutter speed got adjusted far more often than aperture.
On my new Z8, I cannot see where changing the above is possible. I can see the option to change AF area , Exposure etc but not swapping the shutter speed and aperture.
I find the main dial to be quite stiff and inconvenient to manipulate.
Is what I am asking possible please and if so, which menu item is it under. I notice the function is available on the Z6 and Z7 (You tube videos)

I operate in Manual mode.
Thanks.

Yes, you can swap the roles of the Command and Sub-Command dials. I believe it's under Custom Controls in the menu and it's described on page 669 of the Z8 Reference Guide.

Yes I was aware of the above information in the book thanks however it does not include swapping the dials for aperture and shutter speed. So I am thinking it cannot be done on the Z8.
The top row in the chart @Patrick M posted above, Exposure Setting is exactly what you want. Changing the roles for Exposure Setting means changing which dial controls shutter speed and which dial controls aperture as @Krümelkraft posted above. Basically the 'role' of the dial is what it controls and you're swapping them for exposure settings using that menu option.
