Nikon Z9 settings for External Monitor

Hi, Im ising a Nikon Z9 with an external monitor via HDMI which works really well, however, I want to switch off the cameras viewfinder and monitor when the external monitor is connected to conserve the Z9's batter life and limit undue wear and tear on the cameras components. I use pre release capture extensively and for long periods of time so an option to disable the cameras viewfinder and monitor and extend battery life would be very, very welcome.

Maybe this is not possible but it wold be very nice option if it was, any polite suggestions would be very welcome. I
