It’s been my experience, that 24 MP works better for me than 40 + MP. I had and sold the D800, D810, D850, always seeming to be happier with the D750, D5, D6 for the Bird Photos I Shoot. I now shoot Z6 and Z 6 ll, and love everything about the camera (except for the focus). I keep hearing that the Z7 and Z7ll are great cameras even at high ISO, so my question is... Does the Z 7 really let you shoot High ISO then crop and come out with low noise images, or does the Z7 give the same High ISO performance as the D800 series ?

Every test I’ve seen shows the Z7 to have identical noise performance to the D850, same sensor.
If memory serves, I've read the noise performance between Z6 and Z7 is similar up to about ISO 6400. After that the Z6 becomes less noisy than the Z7.
