Noise Reduction for NIkon jpgs

I’ve just returned from shooting birds in the coastal Brazil rainforests. Under cloudy skys and dense folage shots made using pre-release yielded some excellet results but a extremely high iso. I love LR’s new Denoise feature but it’s not avialble for jpgs, at least not yet. Anyone have a good alternative that’s not expensive or a pain to learn?

Just a guess actually - but is there a jpg denoise in the Nikon NX Studio software? I use that daily, but only to examine and cull the images, editing for me is Photoshop 2024.
